The hotel had a convenient location up to Tirumala temple in the foothills of Thirumala. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the bedsheet was dirty, but the service, including the front desk and waiters, was excellent. The dining with Spanish dishes was a highlight, but the facilities were lacking in some areas.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was convenient for reaching Tirumala hills and the Lord Balaji temple, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the dirty bed sheet.
